To use the smartwatch, you'll need to download the VeryFitPro app, enable Bluetooth, and pair it with your smartphone. Once connected, you can receive notifications for incoming calls, text messages, and app notifications from platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Although the watch supports hanging up calls, it does not have the capability to answer or make calls.

In addition to activity tracking, the smartwatch also offers sleep, heart rate, and blood oxygen monitoring. It automatically tracks your sleep cycle, including deep sleep, light sleep, and wake time, to help you adjust your healthy habits. The heart rate monitoring feature includes both automatic and manual modes, allowing you to keep a close eye on your health.

The smartwatch's built-in SpO2 monitoring feature lets you effortlessly track your blood oxygen levels. To connect the watch to your phone for the first time, simply charge and activate the watch, download the VeryFitPro app, open Bluetooth, and follow the pairing instructions. Once paired, the watch will automatically sync with your phone's time and date.

While the smartwatch can be used without binding to a smartphone or Bluetooth, it will not provide all the features, such as alarms, smart notifications, music control, time, breathing exercises, real-time sports monitoring, and heart rate monitoring. These features require the watch to be paired with the VeryFitPro app.

If you're not receiving message notifications on your smartwatch, first ensure that it is properly paired with your phone. Then, you can open the app, go to the Device settings, and check the Message Notification or other relevant settings to ensure the app has the necessary permissions to receive notifications from your phone system.

The smartwatch also offers additional features like personalized alarms to help you wake up on time, sedentary reminders to encourage you to stay active throughout the day, music control to pause, play, or skip tracks with a tap, and a stopwatch/timer function for various timing needs.

With 50M waterproofing and sweat resistance, this fitness watch is suitable for wear during various activities, including heavy rain, hand washing, and swimming. It features a 1.3" TFL-LCD touchscreen and is compatible with Android 4.4 (and above) and iOS 8.0 (and above) mobile systems.
